I'm an avid supporter of natural childbirth, although I do support each individual woman's decisions for the birth that SHE wants to have. Epidural? Yep. If that's what you want. C-section? Ok, as long as you have full informed consent (the same with epidurals). Nothing is without risk: nothing. Even a simple vaginal birth has its own risks involved.
