Ok ladies! Here is your chance! If you weren't able to participate in the more local birth survey I had posted, here is one for you. No matter what part of the country, you can fill this one out!
Not that I'm planning another birth, since I am 65 and a grandmother, but since all three of my births were via C/S*, it really isn't relevant. The survey begins from the assumption that all women intend to have NSVDs, and that's an erroneous assumption. *And yes, all three of my C/Ss were unavoidable.
